Mike started in real estate in 1972, when he purchased his first home at the age of 20 utilizing a FHA loan with only 3% down, while going to college. Since then he has sold and purchased five other homes, realizing very good appreciation. After a very successful career in engineering and management, culminating in the position of Vice President of Operations for the US subsidiary of an international company, he decided to enter the real estate field full time as an agent and investor.
